CLEAR CREEK PET CARE POLICIES  

  1. CANCELLATION
    1. Please allow 24 hours notice for dog walking cancellations. We reserve the right to charge for a visit in full after this time period.
    2. Please allow three days notice for pet sitting cancellations. We reserve the right to charge a 25 percent fee of total estimated services should your reservations be cancelled after this time period.
  2. HOLIDAYS
    1. A $10 additional fee for service on New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
    2. To guarantee service during a holiday, a 25 percent (of estimated total bill) non-refundable deposit is required. A reservation is not confirmed until this deposit is received.
  3. KEYS
    1. Keys can either be mailed to you or personally returned to you within three days.
    2. We require two sets of keys for service, if that is your mode of entry. We would be happy to copy your key for a $5 fee.
    3. We charge $10 for key pickup outside of the initial free consultation.
  4. PAYMENT
    1. We accept cash or check for services and ask that charges be settled before or on the day that service starts.
    2. All new clients must pay in full before services begin.
    3. A $20 service fee will be added to your account for returned checks.
  5. LIABILITY
    1. Due to liability, we cannot share pet sitting duties with anyone unless a waiver is signed.
    2. Please inform us if anyone (cleaning service, contractor, family friend) has access to your home while you are away. For your safety and my own, I will call the police if I find anyone in your home, unless you specify otherwise.
    3. Before you leave your home, please make sure your home is pet proofed. We are not liable for injuries, damage or loss due to unsecured conditions at your residence.
    4. We are not liable for any free-roaming outdoor pets in the event of illness, injury, loss or death.
    5. For the safety of other pets, we cannot provide service to any pet that is contagious or isn’t current on vaccinations.
  6. MISCELLANEOUS
    1. A full hour visit is required for three or more pets.
    2. Please contact us when you return home (email: caley@clearcreekpetcare.com or call Caley at (303)279-5385). If I do not hear from you, I will make a visit to check on your pet and additional charges may apply.
